The Master’s School Difference
When it comes to your child’s education, you have choices. We understand what an important decision choosing the best school is for your family, and we invite you to discover what sets The Master’s School apart. We offer a truly unique environment where parents do not have to choose between superior academics and an authentic Christian community. At The Master’s School, faith and knowledge intersect throughout daily life on campus. Each of our faculty and staff lead by example and have a faith in God that is evident in the way they interact with students and each other.
The advantages of a small, independent school are fully realized at The Master’s School. Because we know students well, we can, and do, draw out each individual’s areas of strength and offer support in areas of challenge. Teaching to the child and not to the test, we have the flexibility to meet students where they are and individualize within classes, within disciplines, and within divisions to maximize academic achievement.
The Master’s School faculty, (Preschool through Upper School), is comprised of 29 teachers. Our faculty have an average of over 12 years experience, over 42% of which have been at The Master’s School. All of our teachers have undergraduate degrees and 41% hold a master’s degree or Ph.D. Faculty and staff have been recognized among their peers with achievements such as Teaching Excellence Awards, Who’s Who in American Teachers, National Endowment Grants, and Early Childhood Education/Special Education Book Awards. Teachers have had articles and music published nationally and have been elected to professional associations and community leadership positions.
